Curry Plant, 1 Ltr

Introducing our Curry Plant, a fragrant herb that adds a distinctive curry-like flavour to your dishes. This evergreen shrub has silvery-grey foliage and produces small yellow flowers in the summer.

The Curry Plant prefers a sunny position and well-drained soil. It can be planted in the spring or autumn, and it’s best to plant it in a sheltered spot to protect it from strong winds. It can grow up to 60cm in height and spread up to 30cm.

The Curry Plant doesn’t produce fruit, but it can be harvested all year round for its aromatic leaves. Simply snip off the stems with a pair of scissors and use the leaves fresh or dried in your cooking.

The Curry Plant is a low-maintenance herb that doesn’t require much feeding. However, you can apply a general-purpose fertilizer in the spring to give it a boost. Water the plant regularly, but be careful not to overwater it as it prefers a drier soil.

Aside from its culinary uses, the Curry Plant is also used in traditional medicine for its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. It’s a versatile and fragrant herb that will add a unique flavour and aroma to your meals. Add the Curry Plant to your herb garden and enjoy its distinctive taste and health benefits!
