To get the best results from your Cauliflower Strip Multi Pack, plant them in a sunny position in well-drained, fertile soil. Cauliflower prefers a soil with a pH between 6.5 and 7.0. They are best planted in the spring for a summer harvest or in late summer for an autumn harvest.

The fruiting time for cauliflower is usually around 16-20 weeks after planting. They can grow up to 70cm tall with a spread of 50cm.

To keep your cauliflower healthy and productive, feed them with a balanced fertilizer every four weeks, starting two weeks after planting. Water regularly and ensure that the soil stays moist but not waterlogged. Harvest your cauliflower when the heads are fully formed but still tight and compact. Cut the head off just below the curd and leave the leaves intact.
